The United States of America is losing power year after year. China has gained global trade and power year over year faster than the United States.
China is the leading country when it comes to trade worldwide, the United States stands at second for world trade.
China also has the fastest growing economy in the world. The United States still stands with the biggest economy but China has only been getting closer.
Tariffs
The one problem with the Chinese world trade is the United States itself. The United States is Chinas biggest trade partner, and it accounts for such a large amount of Chinas economy. Yes their trade is larger than ours but without the US China would have a weaker economy.
The Tariffs put in place by President Donald Trump has put great pressure on the Chinese government, these tariffs are damaging the Chinese economy giving more power to the United States.
This move by President Donald Trump is great for national growth rather than foreign growth.
U.S. Products
The United States needs to bring back the great economy of the past, this is mainly done by the factories and businesses making things in America, it used to be everything was made in America but over the decades things began to be made in China.
The tariffs can put pressure on US companies to rebuild their factories in America, this will help the US rely on itself rather than foreign nations.
This rebuilding of factories also gives more control the United State military wise. If a large scale conflict were to take place the United States would turn the factories into making military equipment. This was seen in WW2, the United States needed factories to make supplies for the war so they turned over the factories from making Cars to Planes, or paperclips to bullets, etc.
Having the factories in the US is essential to our dominance in the future, we cannot rely on other nations to get our products. It is taking American jobs and damaging the US.
The Fall of China
It is likely in our lifetimes that we may see a change in China. This change will not happen overnight it will be caused by a massive event.
Chinas economy is inflated beyond belief.
Their citizens are underpaid and overworked, they have very bad working laws and do not support the everyday man. This could cause a shift in China. A large protest of the working class as we have seen in countries in the past would cause a collapse of the Chinese government.
This change if it were to happen would most likely establish better working laws rather than the collapse of the Chinese government, the only problem is the CCP cannot afford to have workers rights or a minimum wage. If they had a reasonable minimum wage if would explode the price of goods. Companies could not take advantage of the insanely cheap labor and would be forced to pay bundles of more money. This would force companies out of China and back to their home nations.
This damage would be catastrophic to the nation and would destroy the “great” economy they have now, it is only a matter of time until something like this happens.
A war with the United States could also cause a change in the nation. As we saw in WW1 the Russian people revolted against their leaders due to bad living conditions. We can see something like this happening in China.
Yes, China has a large amount of people and military. But compared to the United States, China is lacking.
Their soldiers may be underfed and underpaid compared to the US. Their will to fight may be low. If enough Chinese citizens open their minds and realize the rights taken from them it may cause of revolt. This would destroy Chinas ability to fight and could establish a democratic change in the nations. This option is less likely, but still possible.
What do you think?
What do you think will cause the collapse of the Chinese economy.
Do you think we will see this in our lifetime?
